Rosé reveals a lighter and more vibrant expression of the landscape that shapes our wines, rooted in marlstone and sandstone soil. The Pinot Noir grapes come from hillside vineyards where steady sun and cooling breezes preserve natural freshness through the growing season. Harvested early to maintain brightness and balance, the fruit is gently pressed and fermented with one third in 500L French oak barrels for subtle texture, while the remainder rests in stainless steel to preserve brightness and purity. The result is a refined rosé with delicate texture, bright lift, and an elegant, lingering finish.
